It’s official: Shaedon Sharpe is a Kentucky Wildcat. The top-ranked recruit in the 2022 class signed his national letter of intent this afternoon, confirming his pledge to be a Wildcat. Yesterday, Sharpe announced he will enroll at Kentucky in January and redshirt the spring semester to prepare for the 2022-23 season.
“Shaedon Sharpe has the ability to be one of those guys who can make a special impact,” John Calipari wrote on social media. “He is an elite scorer with a ton of upside. A 6-5 athlete with a lot of bounce.
