With over 11 minutes left in the game, No. 12 Kentucky men’s basketball found a spark in its offense.
A 7-0 scoring run backed by four turnovers committed by No. 17 Michigan State allowed the Cats to claw their way back within 10 points and forced the Spartans into a timeout.
The situation was nearly identical to the second half Kentucky had played only a week prior against No. 12 Louisville.
Kentucky was down 20 points with less than 12 minutes remaining in the game. Against all odds, the Wildcats battled all the way back against the Cards and put the game within two possessions at the KFC Yum!
