Huge news from the basketball transfer market, West Virginia star Oscar Tshiebwe will continue his college basketball career at the University of Kentucky. Almost a Kentucky commit out of high school when he was a five-star in the Class of 2019, Tshiebwe picked Bob Huggins’ Mountaineers out of loyalty to the school that recruited him first.
