Good morning, all. Welcome to March and, in turn, the final week of the regular season. What a long, strange trip it’s been, but I’d like to dedicate this morning post to Davion Mintz.
For me, the grad transfer from Creighton has been a bright spot in an otherwise depressing season. Like Olivier Sarr, he came to Kentucky in hopes of winning a national championship, but instead, has been part of one of the worst seasons in program history. Barring an SEC Tournament championship, Mintz will be watching the Big Dance from home while his former school is dancing in Indianapolis.
