Remember Derek Dooley? The guy that Matt Roark beat as UK’s quarterback. He’s entering his second season as Missouri’s offensive coordinator.
Unfortunately, Dooley calls Missouri’s offense from the booth, limiting our ability to discern whether or not he is wearing bright yellow pants to the game.
All joking aside, Dooley has done a bang-up calling Missouri’s offense. Kelly Bryant cited Dooley’s pro-style offense as the main reason why he chose to transfer to Missouri, giving him all the tools to be prepared to lead an NFL in 2020. In Dooley’s two seasons, the Tigers have ranked in the top five of the SEC in all four major offensive categories — scoring, passing, rushing and total offense.
