LEXINGTON – Since hiring Eddie Gran as offensive coordinator in 2016, Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops has hired two defensive coordinators.
He promoted both Matt House and Brad White to that position from other roles on his staff, but when they first came to Lexington as position coaches Stoops pointed to one key factor on their resumes: NFL experience. So, could Stoops look to the NFL ranks for his new offensive coordinator?
“It’s certainly an option,” Stoops said Sunday.
