Believe it or not, Zeigler is suing the NCAA for an additional year of eligibility…and he might win.
In his lawsuit, Zeigler alleges the NCAA rule limiting athletes to four seasons of competition violates antitrust law, and that athletes should have five seasons of competition within their five-year eligibility window.
Everyone knew this lawsuit was coming.
Zakai Ziegler is seeking a 5th season of competition.
