Saturday was arguably just as bad for Tennessee Football as it was for Kentucky Basketball.
According to a report by Trey Wallace of Knoxville’s WKGN-AM, the UT Football program is currently under investigation by its own compliance department along with the NCAA for alleged “recruiting violations and alleged impermissible benefits to current student-athletes.” The bombshell story was dropped during the beginning of the Volunteers’ 34-13 season-finale loss to No. 5 Texas A&M.

Multiple outlets have confirmed the report by Wallace, who went on to say that the University’s general counsel has been investigating the situation for the last several weeks.
