Last weekend was somewhat of a mixed bag for UK fans. Sure, a loss to Seton Hall doesn’t look great on paper, but Myles Powell looked like he was playing on a higher dimension late in the game, and his clutch shots were really all that kept the Pirates in the contest. We also saw PJ Washington finally assert himself as the powerful-yet-skilled forward we knew he could be. Nevertheless, the neutral site loss to an unranked team did stifle fan and team optimism just a bit.
