Mark Stoops and the Kentucky Wildcats just landed another recruit. Taj Dodson, a three-star athlete from Georgia is the latest player to join UK’s 2019 class. He committed to Kentucky and signed with them on Wednesday.
Dodson was being recruited by other Power Five schools like the Iowa State Cyclones, the Louisville Cardinals, the Baylor Bears, and fellow SEC school the Ole Miss Rebels. In the end, Dodson chose the Wildcats.
Dodson is listed as an athlete, but will likely play defensive back for the Wildcats. At Creekside High School in Fairburn, Georgia, Dodson was primarily a free safety, but also returned punts and kicks.
