Tai Wynyard, New Zealand do Haka dance before facing Australia (video)

Kentucky Wildcats 2016 commitment Tai Wynyard is currently playing with the New Zealand National Team in the FIBA Oceania Tournament.

As is accustomed begore each game, Wynyard and his fellow countrymen participated in a Haka dance before taking on Australians today:

The Haka is a traditional ancestral war cry from the Mu0101ori people of New Zealand. It is a posture dance performed by a group, with vigorous movements and stamping of the feet with rhythmically shouted accompaniment, as seen above.

Sadly, the dance didn’t help New Zealand beat the heavily-favored Australian national team as they fell to the Aussies, 71-59.
