Former University of Kentucky track star Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone was named 2022 World Athletics Female Athlete of the Year on Monday.
McLaughlin-Levrone broke the World Record in the women’s 400m hurdles twice in 2022, finishing with an world record time of 50.68s. She also won the world 400m hurdles and 4x400m title.
