Sunday’s NBA2K action will feature two former Wildcats, two former Cardinals

In a world currently operating without sports, athletes (and ESPN) find new ways to drive competition.

On Friday evening, a group of 16 NBA players began a NBA 2K tournament, which was aired on ESPN. There were four first round matchups Friday night, and the four remaining first-round games will be played live on ESPN2 Sunday evening beginning at 6 p.m.

In case you missed the action Friday night, Derrick Jones Jr. “upset” Kevin Durant (the participating players were seeded by their own 2K ranking, so this was #16 over #1 upset!), Deandre Ayton defeated Zach Lavine, Trae Young blew out Harrison Barnes and Patrick Beverley took down Hassan Whiteside.
