It’s January, you know what that means! It’s time for district play in the Bluegrass. All 19 teams from Region 11 will battle their counterparts within Districts 41, 42, 43 and 44 over the next few weeks.
Here’s how each team has fared since the beginning of the season:
District 41
Frankfort (7-7) — Frankfort is coming off a double-overtime thrilling victory over Bluegrass United (Lexington) 77-75 on Dec. 30 and has won their last three overall. They find themselves at .500 entering 2022.
Frankfort Christian (1-9) — Starting the season out 0-8, Frankfort Christian finally found themselves in the winner’s column versus Jackson City in dominant fashion 60-21.
