The St. Henry Crusaders defeated the Frankfort Panthers 77-70 to capture their 2nd All “A” Championship. Their star player, Wyatt Vieth led the way with 30 points and 6 rebounds. He was named tournament MVP. Vieth’s uncle was a member of the Crusader’s 2003 All “A” title team.
The Crusaders used disruptive defense and efficient offense to keep the Panthers at bay. Trailing 17-16 entering the second quarter, St. Henry got 6 straight points from Ryan Butler to build a lead they would never relinquish.
Frankfort went cold in the 2nd quarter and St. Henry was there to rebound the Panthers missed shots.
