There is no way to sugarcoat it. Kentucky is not a very good basketball team right now. You don’t need me to tell you that. But after another disappointing effort Monday night, in a narrow victory over Utah Valley, it is time to ask some legitimate questions about the Wildcats.
Was the Michigan State game a mirage? Is this team as bad as they’ve looked the last couple games? Are injuries to blame here? Are the problems that plague them fixable?
These are all fair questions, questions that no one could have never imagined we’d be asking after the Wildcats took down Michigan State a few weeks ago.
