Former Morehead State head coach Sean Woods has quickly turned things around at Southern University.
Woods took over the program in 2018 and finished 7-25 in his first season at the helm. Last season, the Jaguars finished a surprising 17-15 after winning 14 of their last 16 games.
This coming season, College Sports Madness is picking Southern to win the SWAC:
After winning 14 of their last 16 games, Southern ended last season as the hottest team in the SWAC. They never got the opportunity to see where that streak would take them, but the Jaguars can head into the 2020-2021 campaign with plenty of momentum.
