Florida enters this evening’s game with a 5-2 record, 2-1 in the Southeastern Conference. The Gators began the season on the Coronavirus quarantine list which cost them three games and then postponed/cancelled four games after the horrific Keyontae Johnson incident at Florida State. Florida has a quality win against LSU and their two losses have come at Florida State and on Tuesday at Alabama.
The Gators are shooting 37.5% from 3-point range and are forcing nearly 17 turnovers per game. In the absence of potential SEC Player of the Year Keyontae Johnson, Coach Mike White has turned to a three guard lineup that plays fast and tries to create havoc defensively.
