Following an LSU home loss to Florida on Tuesday, the Wildcats find themselves in a tie for second place in the SEC with five games remaining. Next up is the third home tilt in four games with Bruce Pearl bringing his Auburn Tigers to town. The former Tennessee head coach has lost six straight games in Rupp by an average margin of 17.4 points since winning in his first trip in 2006. He’ll be looking to pickup the biggest road win of his Auburn career.
On the other side, this will be UK’s first game this season without Reid Travis in the lineup and we’ll see how the Wildcats do without their senior in the paint.
