The post-spring practice wave of transfers continues at the University of Kentucky. Reuben “RJ” Adams is the latest member of Mark Stoops’ football team to submit his name into the transfer portal. A redshirt freshman, Adams did not record significant snaps during his two-year tenure in Lexington.
A highly-touted prospect in the 2020 recruiting class, Rivals and ESPN ranked Adams as a Top 20 IOL and a four-star prospect. Adams, a Woodbridge, Va. native, chose Kentucky over scholarship offers from NC State and Alabama, among others.
Adams is the second Wildcat in four days to enter into the transfer portal.
