Purdue head coach Matt Painter met with the media on Thursday to discuss Friday evening’s exhibition game at Kentucky.
Painter explained why he scheduled an exhibition road game against a team like Kentucky. He also said the idea of the game came from his friendship with one of UK’s assistant coaches.
