LEXINGTON, Ky. – Specialty foods and changes to concessions operations will be in place at Kentucky football games this season, as concessionaire Aramark, in partnership with UK Athletics, has responded to feedback from fans.
The west concourse will feature the most visible changes, as third-party vendors – all Lexington favorites – will all be serving premium food items.
· Atomic Ramen (inside Gate 4) will serve Asian-inspired cuisine, starting with a bao bun with fried pork belly.
· Athenian Grill (inside gates 6/7) will serve its authentic Greek cuisine, with lamb and beef feta stuffed sausage; vegetarian, chicken and classic gyros; vegetarian Mediterranean pie; and baklava on the menu.
