Players from the 1986 team reunited to tailgate and sign autographs before the game in the Green Lot. They couldn’t have been happier to be back in Lexington, and I couldn’t have been happier to meet a couple of Wildcat legends. Mark Higgs and Marc Logan had successful NFL careers. Higgs has arguably the best NFL career of any former Cat, spending most of his time with the Dolphins before finishing his career with 3,262 rushing yards.
They also brought back the coveted game ball.
