Penn State announces no fans at games this season

Happy Valley will be quiet this fall. This morning, Penn State announced that fans will not be allowed at home games this season.

Current state orders in Pennsylvania limit capacity at outside events to 250 people. Beaver Stadium holds 107,000 fans. In an email to season ticket holders, Penn State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Sandy Barbour said that the school is developing a plan should the coronavirus conditions and state orders change.
