Oklahoma State is the latest college basketball program to receive a Notice of Allegations from the NCAA for its role in the bribery scandal.
The NCAA charged the Cowboys with a Level I violation for unethical conduct by former associate head coach Lamont Evans, one of four assistant coaches nationwide that was arrested following the FBI’s probe. Evans was caught on video and a wiretap discussing deals for players with Christian Dawkins, the former agent at the center of the FBI’s investigation. He was convicted in April and sentenced to three months in federal prison in June.
