A state Representative in Ohio has presented a bill to prevent Ohio State football games from being scheduled at noon.
Ohio Representative Tex Fischer has presented a bill that is designed to almost entirely end noon kickoffs for the Buckeyes.
The proposed bill would not apply to the Michigan rivalry game, which is traditionally played at noon ET. It also would not apply if both teams are ranked in the top 10 of the AP Poll.
