Mark Stoops is unwilling to name a starting quarterback, yet.
On the latest UK football depth chart there is no QB1, with the starter listed as Joey Gatewood “OR” Terry Wilson. During Monday’s press conference Stoops did not reveal how he’ll reach a decision before Saturday’s game against Vanderbilt.
“The person who gives us the best opportunity to win is who we’re going with.” Stoops said he’s not ready to give up on Terry Wilson. “He did have a good week of practice last week. I still think Joey and Beau (Allen) have great upside and I want to see them.
