JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Confidence is supposed to be one of the factors that has prevented Kentucky sophomore forward Nick Richards from consistency cashing in on his considerable athletic gifts.
It did not look that way Friday though when Richards took his turn at the interview podium before No. 2 seed Kentucky’s second-round NCAA Tournament matchup with No. 7 seed Wofford.
“Nick, Wofford doesn’t start anyone that’s taller than 6-9. How big of an advantage is that for you, EJ (Montgomery) and Reid (Travis)?
