Johni Broome, a 6-foot-10 forward who has played his last two seasons at Morehead State, will be one of the most sought-after talents in the portal. Not only was he named OVC Defensive Player of the Year this past season, but he was also named 1st Team All-OVC and later tabbed to the OVC All-Tournament Team. Broome appeared in 34 games for the Eagles in 2021-22, averaging 16.
