Mike Hartline will follow his brother to USF

Another domino has fallen on the coaching carousel. Mike Hartline is on the move after spending one season at his alma mater.

When Kentucky was looking for a new head coach, there were two clear top candidates, Will Stein and Brian Hartline. After the Cats picked Stein, Hartline kept his options open. The Ohio State offensive coordinator ultimately chose to succeed Alex Golesh as the USF head coach. Now, he’s bringing his brother with him.

USF announced on Friday that former Coastal Carolina head coach Tim Beck will be the Bulls’ offensive coordinator, while Mike Hartline will serve as the quarterbacks coach.
