Meet Kentucky football's 'freak machine' and breakout candidate WR Bryce Oliver

LEXINGTON – Through two weeks of Kentucky football’s preseason practices, the search for new playmakers on offense has repeatedly returned to one name:

Redshirt freshman wide receiver Bryce Oliver.

Kentucky fans who tuned into the spring game saw a glimpse of Oliver’s potential as he caught five passes for 63 yards against the first-team defense, but UK sophomore outside linebacker Jordan Wright, Oliver’s former basketball and football teammate at Dillard High School in Florida, promises there is even more to come.
