Kentucky decided against having a traditional spring game due to Kroger Field being the host site for COVID-19 vaccinations and testing. But, the Cats did scrimmage on Saturday which marked the end of spring practice. Mark Stoops took to the podium to provide remarks on how his team finished its last spring session.
OFFENSE
Sources tell KSR that Joey Gatewood has executed Liam Coen’s offense at a high level during spring practice and that Beau Allen played well in the team’s final scrimmage. Penn State transfer Will Levis will join the competition once he reports to the Joe Craft Football Training Facility.
