Mark Stoops reportedly not given any new incentives to stay at Kentucky

After numerous swirling yesterday before and after the Kentucky Wildcats’ win over the Louisville Cardinals, Mark Stoops opted to stay put in Lexington after garnering interest from Texas A&M.

News broke late Saturday/early Sunday Morning that Stoops would be staying in Lexington, first reported by Matt Jones. Also, according to Jones, Stoops received no raise or extra incentive from Mitch Barnhart to stay in Lexington.

Mitch Barnhart took to X/Twitter early on Sunday to speak on Stoops’s decision to stay with the Kentucky Wildcats football program:
