Could North Carolina and Kentucky meet for another classic tournament game? The Midwest Region could have one of the toughest paths to get to the Final Four.
Kentucky was in the running for a No. 1 seed for the past few months and had been in the discussion up until the SEC Tournament, while North Carolina has played as well as anyone in the country to fight its way to the top seed.
