Lynn Bowden is getting another shot in the NFL. Even though he missed the cut and for the initial 53-man roster, it only took one week for the New Orleans Saints to come to their senses.
Wednesday night the Saints announced they have promoted Lynn Bowden to the active roster for week two. There he joins former Kentucky teammate Landon Young.
Bowden’s NFL career has taken many unusual twists and turns. He was drafted by the Raiders as a running back following his successful stint as Kentucky’s Wildcat quarterback.
