The Kentucky Wildcats had a very scary situation occur Saturday night.
During the fourth quarter of their game vs. the Missouri Tigers, backup quarterback Luke Wright went down on the sideline and immediately received medical attention. Wright wasn’t hit by any player. He simply collapsed on the sideline.
Medical personnel immediately went to Wright’s aid, and he was eventually placed on a stretcher and rolled out of the stadium. We’re not going to speculate on what the issue is until UK makes an announcement.
During the broadcast, SEC Network reporter Olivia Harlan reported that Wright was able to sit up in the ambulance as he was transported out of the stadium.
