Your University of Kentucky Wildcats scrimmaged at Kroger Field for the first time in 2021. Following the Saturday morning scrimmage that was closed to the public, head coach Mark Stoops shared his thoughts on how the team performed. As you might expect, Liam Coen’s offense had to power through some growing pains, but Stoops left pleased after watching the passing game consistently make routine plays.
What Stoops did not mention is that Joey Gatewood had a good day throwing the football. Neither did Wan’Dale Robinson, but he did share a few things that will get you excited.
