There is a new tribute song for the Kentucky football team, released just in time for the Citrus Bowl. It’s called “Benny and the Cats” (not like “Bennie and The Jets though) and it’s written and performed by a band called Big Cat and the Prowlers.
I know we already have “Grove Street Party” and now “Mo Bamba” to get us ready for UK football games, but is this another song that could get you hyped up on New Year’s Day?
I doubt the players will add it to the pregame locker room playlist, but some of you may tap your feet to it.
