The No. 4 seeded Kentucky Wildcats rallied from a 3-1 deficit to defeat Northwestern 4-3 and advance to the Sweet 16 of the Men’s NCAA tennis tournament on a picture perfect Derby day at the Boone Tennis Center in Lexington.
Josh Lapadat, Liam Draxl, and Taha Baadi all rallied to win from a set down, with Baadi getting a thrilling 6-7, 6-3, 6-4 win to clinch the match. It certainly wasn’t easy.
