KSR's Rapid Reaction to Kentucky-Indiana in Rupp Arena

Related Topics: Kentucky, Rupp Arena

Kentucky fell behind to rival Indiana in the renewal of their series in Rupp Arena, but the Wildcats brought the fight to the second half, pulling away to win 72-60. A 10-2 run turned the tables shortly out of halftime, plus big games from Brandon Garrison off the bench and Mo Dioubate playing in his first game after missing five straight.

Lamar Wilkerson, who was a hot name in the previews, was not a major factor for the Hoosiers. Playing in foul trouble for most of the night, Wilkerson, who scored 44 points against Penn State earlier in the week, was held to a quiet 15 points, four below his nightly average.
