High school basketball region tournaments across the state of Kentucky wrapped up this week, which means the 2023 UK Healthcare Boys’ Basketball Sweet 16 Tournament field is officially set. With that in mind, we’re ranking all top 25 teams from across the state and then doing a separate list of just the 16 teams that will compete at Rupp Arena on March 15-18 for the state championship.
