KSR's 2025 Kentucky High School Football Top 25 Rankings: Postseason

And that’s a wrap on the 2025 Kentucky high school football season!

During a cold weekend at Kroger Field, six champions were crowned across the state’s six classes. We saw one first-time title winner in Kentucky Country Day, along with a few repeat champions in Christian Academy-Louisville (four-peat) and Trinity (three-peat). Lexington Christian Academy won the school’s first title since 2009 while Boyle County added its 13th since 1999. Owensboro won the school’s third championship, but first since all the way back in 1986.

  • Class 2A: Lexington Christian Academy 33, Owensboro Catholic 28
  • Class 3A: Christian Academy-Louisville 42, Murray 7
  • Class 4A: Boyle County 34, Franklin County 0
  • Class 5A: Owensboro 35, Pulaski County 7
  • Class 6A: Trinity 28, South Warren 14
