If you’re like me, Thanksgiving is just the start of a long weekend of chaos bouncing around from house to house, sharing meals with immediate family, distant relatives and friends. I had two feasts on Thursday after one on Wednesday, then plenty more over the next couple of days. There is no greater advice than keeping the pace, not just overloading your plate at the first stop knowing you’ve got to make room later that day and further into the week. I’m only feeling slightly sick waking up on this Black Friday, so we can call that a success, I suppose.
