KSR is headed to Campbellsville to watch the Eagles (8-0) host Kentucky Country Day (8-0) in a battle of the unbeaten on Friday night. Aside from Sayre, Campbellsville and KCD are the only two undefeated teams remaining in Class 1A. They also sit at the top two spots in the Class 1A RPI rankings.
This is a high-stakes matchup. While we’re well into district schedules, not only do these teams want to remain undefeated for their own success, it’ll have huge playoff implications with postseason play beginning in two short weeks. This matchup is only half of KSR’s Game of the Week doubleheader.
