Now that the KHSAA has officially cancelled all spring sports, we start looking forward to next season. It would be great if the KHSAA could get all 16 winners together for a preseason tournament, but that may not be possible to coordinate.
Of the 16 boys region tournament winners, four of them are expected to be near the top of the rankings next season. Male, Ashland, Fern Creek, and Elizabethtown are all slated to bring back plenty of talent. I would like to see the KHSAA start next season with a four-team tournament inviting these teams to participate.
