Week 10 of the KHSAA football slate decided several district championships and saw two undefeated seasons come to an end. Here are some notable scores/stories from this week’s high school football action:
No. 24 Bryan Station (8-1) def. No. 13 Madison Central (7-2) 21-13
With three minutes remaining in the only top-25 match up this week, Madison Central would cross the end zone to cut Station’s lead to one. Mike Holcomb rolled the dice and went for two directly after, but the attempt was unsuccessful.
On the ensuing drive, the Defenders were in a precarious position on third and one.
