The Kentucky state basketball tournaments have been canceled.
According to Jason Frakes of the Courier-Journal, among numerous other reports, the KHSAA has announced it has canceled the rest of this week’s Girls Sweet 16, along with next week’s Boys Sweet 16.
The news came midway through this afternoon’s Sacred Heart vs. South Laurel matchup in the girls’ tournament.
CONFIRMED: The KHSAA will announce the cancellation of the rest of the Girls Sweet 16 and next week's Boys Sweet 16 at the end of this Sacred Heart-South Laurel game.
