Kevin Knox ended up declaring for the NBA Draft, but he insists the decision to leave Kentucky was a tough one. This morning, Knox told KSR he really wanted to come back for his sophomore year, but ultimately, couldn’t risk losing his dream of playing professionally.
“A lot of people are saying, ‘He’s just saying that to say that,’ but I actually was really thinking about coming back. I was thinking about what we could do next year, my sophomore year. A lot of great guys are coming in. We had some unfinished business this year and I really wanted to win a national championship.
