Obi sat out last season with an Achilles rupture. She transferred to Kentucky after four seasons at Penn. In 83 games there, she averaged 13.7 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.

LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Kentucky women’s basketball forward Jordan Obi has been selected to the Cheryl Miller Small Forward of the Year Preseason Top 20 Watch List, it was announced by the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
Obi, a Hartford, Connecticut, native, sat out last season with an Achilles rupture.
