Kentucky star freshman Cason Wallace is expected to suit up for the Wildcats in Knoxville, sources tell KSR.
Playing just eight minutes in the team’s home loss vs. South Carolina on Tuesday, UK head coach John Calipari confirmed the 6-foot-4 guard was dealing with back spasms. Associate to the Head Coach Bruiser Flint added Friday morning that Wallace remained “day-to-day” and was officially listed as questionable going into the team’s matchup at Tennessee.
The night before the rivalry game, though, the plan is for Wallace to play, barring any setbacks leading up to the opening tip.
